Cancellation Policy
**All Reservations must be paid in full before boarding and any cancellation of booking made is non-refundable. We have limited slots available and provide dedicated care for all pets boarding with us **

Boarding Release Form
Medications: If your pet will be receiving medication during his or her stay, it must be in the original veterinary-labeled containers with instructions for administration.
Vaccine Requirements: To protect the health of your pet, this facility requires documentation showing that all pets are currently on vaccinations. We reserve the right to reject any reservation of pets that are not fully vaccinated.

Statement of Battlestar Boarding Policy

1. Check-in timing will from 11am – 7pm, Monday – Sunday. Any early check-in or late check-out will incur additional cost.

2. This facility cannot guarantee the health of any animal, but pledges to provide appropriate care to all boarders. I agree to hold this facility harmless for conditions that often are unavoidable in boarding environments, including, but not limited to, weight loss or gain, rough hair coat, kennel cough, upper respiratory infection, diarrhea, and fleas, play bites and scratches.

3. If the pet appears to be ill, injured, or exhibits any other behaviour that would reasonably suggest that medical treatment is required. Owner agrees to be fully responsible for the cost of any such medical treatment and for the cost of any transportation for the purposes of such treatment. Owner gives permission to Battlestar Boarding to use Owner’s vet or nearest 24-hour vet hospital for required treatment.

4. If pets are boarding in the same kennel, the facility reserves the right to separate should any problems arise.

5. For Palliative Care, Owners agree to be fully responsible for the cost of any medical treatment as well as the cost of any transportation for the purpose of such treatment. In the event, that the Pet passes on, Battlestar Boarding will contact Owner and transport pet to the designated Vet as instructed by the Owner. In the event that contact with the owner is not possible, Battlestar Boarding is authorized to transport the pet to the nearest 24 hour facility. All cost incurred in relation to the transportation of the pet to the designated facility will be fully beared by the Owner.

6. In the event that pet is not picked up 5 days after check out date and no communication is established with the Owner, Owner acknowledges that Battlestar Boarding shall have an express right to transport the pet to any shelter or other person to satisfy liens for non-payment of services.

7. Owners are to ensure that Pets are clean prior to boarding. If Pet is deemed to be dirty, Battlestar Boarding reserves the rights to provide basic grooming for the dog and the Owner shall be fully responsible for the cost of such service provided.

8. Any pet that is demonstrating high levels of aggression or other behaviours deemed unacceptable by Battlestar Boarding may be required to leave boarding. Additional charge of $5.00 per day will be applicable if your pet is determined to be aggressive, difficult to handle or require extraordinary care. In the event that the safety of the staff at Battlestar Boarding is at risk, we reserve the right to demand that you make alternate care arrangements for your pet immediately.

9. Owner agrees to allow Battlestar Boarding to use Owner’s pet’s name and any images or likeness of Owner’s pet taken while he/she is at Battlestar Boarding, in any form, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials without compensation, and Owner releases to Battlestar Boarding all rights that Owner may possess or claim to such image, likeness, recording, etc.

10. Owner must inform in advance of any known issues, should the pet be infected with any contagious/infectious disease, any other pet associated diseases or if the pet is weak, injured or under post surgical recovery. In such cases, Battlestar Boarding will hold the final decision on the status of the Owners application at this facilities own discretion.

11. Owner understands that the facility reserves the right to decide whether there is a need for your pet to be on diapers. Owner understands that despite that being so, the facility will ensure hygiene measures are met at all times. Owner also acknowledges that there is a possibility for their pet to have an allergic reactions to diaper wearing. The facility will work to its best ability to prevent, reduce or lighten the reactions. Battlestar boarding shall not be held responsible for any issues of dog from adverse reactions to diaper wearing.

12. Owner hereby acknowledges and understands that Battlestar Boarding is a co-living environment and their pets will be mingling with others during the duration of the stay. Owner acknowledges and consents to allow Battlestar Boarding to manage the housing facility for their pet and provide the appropriate housing option upon assessment and deemed the lowest stress method for the pets.

13. Battlestar Boarding may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:
(a) performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the
goods and/or services requested by you;
(b) verifying your identity;
(c) responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints,
and feedback from you;
(d) managing your relationship with us;
(e) processing payment or credit transactions;
(f) sending you marketing information about our goods or services including notifying
you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership
and rewards schemes and other promotions;
(g) complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules,
or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental
and/or regulatory authority;
(h) any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
(i) transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service
providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities,
whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes; and
(j) any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

14. Owner acknowledges that Battlestar Boarding may disclose your personal data:
(a) where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in
connection with our provision of the goods or services requested by you; or
(b) to third party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to
perform any of the functions listed in point 13.

15) Battlestar Boarding may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which
it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws:
The facility will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be
associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves
the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or
business purposes.
